Been going back and forth over purchasing a Kia Stinger for about a year now, finally pulled the trigger and bought a left over but new GT2 RWD in Snow White Pearl for $37,245. I did have a trade that had equity in it which brought the out the door price down to $18,470usd after all taxes, title fees, tag fees, and dealer/doc fees.

So far I enjoy the car, but I tire of things easily (hope I dont with this purchase). Seems like negotiating the deals is my favorite part.
Traded in a 2018 Charger Scat Pack with the 392 hemi in it. It was actually a little hard to let go of and miss it a bit. Have had turbo direct injection vehicles before, and am not a fan, but, with the backing of a long warranty it made me comfortable. Definitely going to do a catch can install on the PCV side and get the break-in oil out next weekend, just not big on the ADD1 cans that were considered a universal can until recently. Always went with UPR, BT, or speedlogix in the past. Always liked that they were specific to the motor with high quality hoses and fittings. I might consider the SXTH catch can, the package as a whole looks a little better.
Anyway, I'm a car and bike junkie, have had over 40 cars and too many bikes both sport and cruiser to remember. Maybe that's why the hunt has become more important than the vehicles.
Now I just have to research what the best oil is for these motors both viscosity wise and additive pack wise. I have been looking at all the threads and while I think Amsoil Signature series dressed in a 5w-30 is the best choice, it is not API licensed do to having too stout of an additive pack (too much phosphorus to meet EPA I believe). I will most likely go with Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w-30 even though I will be a nut and never go past 3-4k drain intervals.
I was forced to use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum in the 392 due to it being the only 0w-40 oil that carried Chrysler's certification. No matter if you used the multi-quart jug or single quarts, and no matter bottling date, the additive pack always settled out of suspension and to the bottom of bottle. Maybe it's still a good oil, but when the companies tech tells you it's fine just shake it well before use if you want was enough for me to not be happy.
Lots of rambling, sorry. Will look for specific threads to get and share info on.

I don't believe there is an "AA" (Autobuyers Anonymous) for "addicts" of "making the deal". ;):P

I hope that you enjoy your new acquisition for more than a little while too. It is a terrifically fun car.
