Headlight Pitted

My headlights are severely pitted. I've already had my front camera replaced due to putting from road debris. I'm noticing the same on my headlights, has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I understand all headlights are now plastic, but this car has much less miles than anything else I've owned with much worse headlights.

PPF would have helped in addition to increased physical distancing.

I'm using an old tablet so it looks like I double posted.

I have ppf on the hood and bumper, but not the headlights. I bought the car used and the previous owner did highway commuting on Canadian highways. I'm going to see if I can buff it out and then install ppf
