Hatch rattle repair kit specs wanted

My 2.0L hatch rattles and the dealer does not know when the repair kit will be available.
Therefore I am interested in sourcing it elsewhere or perhaps making it myself. I hope that someone will post a description and photos of the kit and dimensions of the spacer.

I scanned in the TSB in it's entirety here: Anyone having rattling in rear of car when the road is bumpy

The part numbers are listed for the replacement parts. Also, pay careful attention to the instructions on the amount of torque to be used on the bolts.

The TSB is very helpful but does not reveal the specs of the spacer. I hope someone that has the kit will measure it up and post the info. Just need the thickness of the spacer...
