As my wife would say "I'm a car wacko"...I currently own a 1958 Ford Fairlane hard top convertible "Skyliner" and used to have a 2009 BMW 335i hardtop convertible (see a pattern) but sold it earlier this year as it was out of warranty and suddenly repairs were a expensive burden.
I live in Northern California so I'll ignore any snow related topics (sorry) but we also pay what I call a weather tax.
I look forward to interacting in this group and it was great to find such a forum for a car not even in the market yet.
Happy motoring

Welcome aboard, Rich! And thank you for signing up. :) I'm a car wacko too - that's beyond "car nut". So I think we're in the same boat there. I had a 2007 335i myself:

...loved it... Tuned it... It was a very nice experience but ran into the same problem - expensive maintenance after the warranty expired. So you don't get snow up there in Northern California, huh? Or at least not enough to be concerned with... I've been to San Francisco a few times. I love visiting Little Italy, Chinatown, Ghirardelli. :p There's some big donut place I'm supposed to check out next time I'm there. But anyway - I do remember it getting pretty cold up there. Very similar to where I used to live in New York.

Well! I'm glad you found us. The forum was born way back in January when I first learned about the Stinger and wanted to get a group together. South Korea has had them rolling around for a while. Australians have been lucky as well. The Canadians are just getting their Stingers now. And we're next! So stay tuned. :)
