Just curious if anyone knows if these are simply glued on, or if there are holes in the metal too.

I remember from other posts only the front and rear kia emblem have holes. There was a couple posts on how to remove bages.

Just VHB tape.

both will come off with a bit of heat ( hair dryer ) and dental floss ( double it up ) that you saw back and forth with a very slight lift .......................go slow and dont apply too much pressure
