Hello, I drive a facelifted Stinger and I have a problem with a grinding sounds coming from the side of passenger door at speeds above 85mph (140 km/h). The faster I drive, the louder they become. I feel like the sound is coming from the front of the passenger door and/or the passenger footwell or wheel arch.

I will add that I also had in the past pre-facelift Stinger and there was also the same problem.

The dealer checked the wheel arch and surrounding area and didn't find any problems

In the attachment I add the recorded sounds I'm talking about (ZIP folder)

Anyone had a similar problem and found a solution?

Just sorta sounds like some plastic crinkling.

If you open your passenger side door, and look inside the door jamb, there is some foam covered by black plastic. Is yours damaged?

Check the bottom rocker cover panel under the car and make sure it's clipped in all the way, this can cause air buffering traveling up the B Piller sounding like its coming from the door
