Getting out of Drivers seat when car is running ?

When I turn the car off my seat goes back and my steering wheel goes up so I can get out of the car easier. But, when the car is running and I just have to hop out of the car for a second I'm crammed in my seat. Is there a button I can hit to make the steering wheel go up and seat go back when the car is running ?

You can program car seat memory USER2 for this function if you are the only drive for the car.
