Genuine mats query

Hi - does anyone know how to remove the plastic posts for the genuine Kia carpet mats? Cheers

When I first got my car, the left hand hook was out of the floor. Some maroon had tried to glue it to the floorboard. I asked my dealership to put it back in. They said a "panel" had to be removed; it took them c. half an hour. A reverse process (whatever that is) could have the clips removed).

Has anyone ordered mats off ebay from China? They have some sharp looking mats but I don't want to get bamboozled.
