Gearbox oil - what is the best oil/additive for g-box and also differentials?

In our GTR its often Redline and Motul oils in gearbox but it has also double clutch gearbox.

• With more power what is best to use to have a bit more firm shifts? I also has a TCU stage 2?
• Is it possible to flush our gearboxes? I mean if there is plugs for that so all oil, also in converter can be change?
