As a union member I have access to Union Plus which, through Tru Car, connects certified dealers who send you best offers. Galpin Kia (my closest dealer) was not on their list but after talking to them they beat all the offers I received. I don't recall EVER walking on a car lot and being able to take my time looking at cars without being descended upon by aggressive salesmen telling me what I need. When I had questions Miguel was available and very helpful, no hard sell, no pressure. I decided on the silver 2.0L with the driver assist package, which was not in stock, but they found one in San Diego (2 1/2 hours away), picked it up for me and a few days later I'm a very happy Stinger owner. Isaac took care of the paperwork which was painless. All in all a very enjoyable car buying experience, if your'e in L.A. give them a shot. No markups, best prices, great service!
