There was a time (relatively recently) when I would have told anyone who listened that I would only buy a manual transmission 2-DR for my next car. I'm pleased to say I'm (still) a happy and enthusiastic Stinger owner and driver - beside the killer styling, the hatchback was a huge factor. No regrets!
I saw the G70 immediately prior to the Stinger purchase, and gave it a good look - but didn't care for either the styling or conventional sedan box limitations. The G70 (2.0 or 3.3) seems like a good car, and I'm sure a number will find homes with happy buyers - just not my cup of tea.
Full disclosure - I still have a 6 spd crashbox roadster hibernating for the winter ... ah, to have a glorious choice on a beautiful summer day!
