Front plate bumper plugs?

Is there anyone making plugs for our bumpers or does anyone know of any options. My dealer installed a plastic bracket which put 3 holes in the bumper for that. Then the screwed 2 long screws for the dealer plate into that bracket and through the bumper as well. Now I have 5 lovely holes in my beautiful GT
