So as indicated in previous thread Kia Corp didn’t cover brake issue but my local Kia dealer made things right to best of their ability. ...Kia Corp lame ...local Kia dealer cool!

Service Techs indicated no glazing, no hot spots but rotors out of true both in front and rear. They covered half of resurfacing and new pads as a customer satisfaction gesture. Chalk that up to building relationship with dealer and Service team.

They also covered all other warranty work. Squeaking sunroof, indicated glass not aligned properly from factory. ...oh that Kia Quality!

I lost under tray below motor one day couple weeks ago. Was doing like 100 mph and hear this big whoop and then hideous scraping sound. They indicated hardware failure and replaced that free of charge. Guess they must see this one occasionally. So beware you fast Stinger drivers high speeds may cause under panel hardware failure.

Rear rattling hatch fixed! Yippeee!

Stereo resetting to rear! fixed

They threw in tire rotation and free multipoint check too. Lol!

So back on road happier but Kia Corp lightened my wallet by couple hundred bucks by not stepping up to plate. They just don’t get it.

Undercarriage panel replace free of charge! Well, I'll be swizzled. Mine only had a hole in it the size of a dinner plate. And the front panel had a gouge. I couldn't stand that I had marred my car, even where the sun don't shine, and had both replaced. Expensive peace of mind, that.

Yeah nice of them to throw in new tray free of charge. I was prepared to pay. Made brake resurface cost less painful. Have to say my dealer has great staff. Really enjoyed working with them. They retained my business but Kia Corp are a bunch of empty suits.

I haven't worked with them enough to make that judgment. I have had two case numbers about minor things: "Do I get headphones too?" And, "What about this NAV upgrade card for free?" Both case numbers were followed up several months later with a phone call to determine their status at my end (successful, months before). And I had zero issues with the lease buyout and getting the title; it all happened in a month. So personal experience is very good. I hear your frustrations, you and others on the forum who are bummed at Kia Corp for this, that and the other thing. My dealership experience is also first rate, apparently like yours. But we hear all the time the rants of other forum members who HATE the dealerships they have to work with. This, is the world of humans. And as my favorite Henry II quote goes: "Nothing in life has any business being perfect."
