Finding Previous Owner

A listing for a heavily modded micro blue GT stinger in Valdosta Georgia has appeared recently. I am curious to find out who owned the car previously and why it has been traded in. If anyone can get me into contact with him/her I would greatly appreciate that.

Valdosta is home to an AFB. The vehicle could have been owned by a service member who is deployed overseas and sold the car prior to their deployment. Just one guess of many possibles...

The resale is super high on these cars right now, many people are also just cashing in.

Knowing this I would also not recommend anyone buy a used Stinger right now unless they're truly desperate, and if desperate for a car just buy a POS beater until the car market starts to come back into alignment or buy a new one which (depending on local dealer stock) people are still getting some money taken off the sticker.
