Fed up with KMF

I requested my car's title to register it in WA state as I moved there on 18th of August. They sent me a copy.
After 2-3 weeks I emailed them and asked to send original.
Called them 2 days later they told me that they sent it.
Waited 2 weeks then checked DMV, they haven't received it.
Called customer service again they told me, title was sent and they will get me a tracking number in 2 days and asked me to call back.
I called back few days letter to be told that they haven't mailed it and they are sending escalation email.
I called them again today and same thing, they haven't mailed and will send an escalation email to title department.
My current title has expired now and have to get temporary tags and soon I won't be able to drive the car if this keeps happening.
What are my options here?

Thanks, I asked DMV to send one more fax and they finally sent the title.

I had similar trouble getting a title from CA to WA also...had to call back and forth, even drove to a licensing office (aka DMV) twice to make sure I got the right documentation. They didn't give me a tracking number however. glad you were able to get it resolved!

Honestly I think even if you weren't able to get your temp tags or title issued, you'd be fine (I still have my WA temp tags that expired in March 2020 even though I have actual plates...which I shamelessly do to sometimes avoid toll lanes)
