I finally leased my Miro Blue Stinger GT2 AWD at Fairfax Kia (MSRP is 52300 - no markup) and this place seems like a diamond in the rough.

Here's the breakdown:

1. Dealership - The actual dealership is small. The showroom is small and can only hold 1 car, maybe 5 sales tables 1 sales manager area handled good for 2 people and 2 finance offices maybe. The area is tightly spaced and the new car lot is across the street from the used car lot and office. I didn't see how big the service waiting lounge is but it is hidden from the sales area.

2. Sales Experience - My sales guy is Carlos Mendez. He was very humble, straight forward, and honest. When I asked for a breakdown of his best price. He sent me the breakdown as promised. When I met him to look at the car at their dealership, they appraised my trade in, and talked about the car for a little bit. After, he introduced me to his sales Manager (I forgot his name). Since my wife hasn't seen the car, they offered for me to take the car home for a few hours so she can see it with no sting attached. As much as I wanted to do it, I kindly declined, but told them I will be in touch so I can bring my wife to see it. We shook hands and I left. Their price quote OTD is almost 43k. 2 Days later I came back with my wife and 2 year old son to show the car. I hadn't really planned on buying the car from them since another dealership close by came down with a much lower OTD and gave me the trade-in value I want for the car. We test drove the car and after coming back, I disclosed the other dealers offer for the car and trade-in, and politely asked if they can meet their price. He talked to the sales manager, the sales manager went and talked to the used car sales manager....back and forth doing the best they can to meet my offer. Finally, the sales manager came and sat with me and came through with both the sale amount of the vehicle and trade-in value I want. We came in around 9am and by the time we settled on the price it was 11am and still had to get all the paper work done and I haven't seen the finance guy yet. My son was getting Hangry (Hungry and Angry) and we're trying our best to stall the little guy as much as possible. One other guy from their sales, came by and gave us some candy for the little guy. Our sales guy also came back with a coloring book and some highlighters for him without us asking for anything. When finally the finance guy was about ready for us. Another guy came by, I think he is a manager...not sure, and asked us if we were hungry and come eat. They were having a cookout on the used car area and they gave us hamburgers for lunch. My wife and son ate at my sales guy's desk, while I went and ate at the finance guy's office as we do the paper work. The Finance Manager's name is Frank. He was also very nice, and he broke down everything for me and made sure I understood everything. There was no pressure to buy the add-on items, and said I can come back later if I decided to get them and they will honor the price for them. He did his best to explain everything to me (although I think he made a mistake with the buyout price) The contract however seems correct and the amounts seems to make sense. When we were done, Carlos gave us a parting gift - a key holder pouch, one for me and my wife. We shook hands and the deal is complete.

Other benefit from this dealership are:
1. Lifetime oil changes for as long as you own the car
2. Lifetime VA states inspection for as long as you own the car

Here's my rating with 5 being the highest:

Dealership building 3/5
Sales guy: 5/5
Sales manager: 5/5
Finance manager: 4.5/5
Overall sales experience: 4.5/5

If you are ever shopping for a stinger - give Carlos Mendez a call (703-899-3096) and tell them I sent you. They will work with you and treat you well. I can honestly say, this is the one dealership I did not felt pressured or intimidated by the sales manager, and was treated very well.

Congrats! Be sure to check out the "New Owner in Northern VA" thread here.

Congrats! I forgot about those guys, great to deal with but I personally have yet to buy from them. I did take a friend there and we got her a great deal on a Forte 5. I was going to buy my first hybrid from them but when I was ready they didn’t call me back when I did the online application, Brown’s in Manassas was first and we ended up getting 3 (2 of my friends got Hybrids the same day) cars from them. Looks like their inventory is low though, no White or Ceramic Silver on the GT2 AWD trim. Right now it’s looking like I’ll have to deal with Woodbridge or someplace else.
