Experience with ordering the seibon carbon hood?

So I'm fairly new and one of the things I was looking to purchase was the seibon carbon hood. I understand things can get damaged on the way but if you just type in seibon carbon on google theres tons of terrible reviews. Claiming things like low quality, had to reorder hood twice, etc etc. Has anyone who had to get their hood shipped had a bad experience with them? I'm only asking because within the stinger community theres never a complaint but any google search I do is telling me that seibon is shit basically lol

We have sold a few dozen hoods over the years and have a lot of experience dealing with Seibon. As you mentioned, when shipping such a large delicate product, things can get damaged from time to time. The good thing is that Seibon is very hands-on and helpful with this sort of thing. The few times we have had any issues with shipping, we have been able to work alongside Seibon to get it resolved quickly and swiftly.

Thanks for the review. My X came with a carbon scoop.... it was super wavy in the back and starting splitting. I was thinking about rex. Ended up going with RPG instead. Had to play with the bolts a little and add some washers but it turned out great.
