I love the idea of cutouts, but a thought's occurred to me I thought I'd share and ask opinions/experience with.
I've read multiple claims that our ECU/ECM has to "learn" over time when we make a modification in order to get the best performance from it. If we're driving around most of the time with the cutout closed (to avoid the law and/or the loudness), how can we expect a big change in performance when we open up the exhaust?
