I had sway bars installed and to be honest I don't think I can tell a difference, granted I'm not going to a track. A guy I work with has an 18' GT without the sway bars, going to take it for a ride and get a direct comparison soon and I will post my thoughts after. I had them set to soft btw, I live in a state that receives snow.

I see all these carbon fiber after market parts, I don't want to go crazy with the parts but I really do not like the dark chrome accents. Specifically the mirror caps look terrible and pitted after a day or two after washing. I see the GTS has several C/F bits, I would like to purchase some of them but so far the dealership hasn't provided me with any answers regarding this. Has anyone had any luck with this?

The reason I'm looking for specifically KIA parts is that I assume there will be variation in C/F tone and quality if I start mixing and matching different manufactures.

Regarding the carbon there is a few venders on the forum, read up on them. Make sure you buy OEM Korean parts and above all don’t pay someone to install them do it yourself, it’s not rocket science. Cheers.

When I installed only the back Eibach bar on soft it was a world of difference in body roll, when I later installed the front also a huge difference in front roll, ride stiffness and steering directness. Make sure you push the car through a couple sweeping turns, that's where you should be able to easily tell a difference.

Ditto the "sweeping turns" observation. I had gotten accustomed to the feel of the OE bars, and nearly a year in I got the rear Eibach installed. The feel of the back end changed instantly (I ride on "soft" setting too): less float straight ahead; and in the corners, especially uneven ones, the "step out" was very much less and there was less movement over all. A year and a half later (c. a month ago) I finally had the front Eibach put in. And it changed steering feel (no more incipient oversteer; now feedback is consistent through a turn) as well as reducing body roll. I have not noticed any harshness to the ride either.
