I don’t know whether this is relevant globally, but I know it’s true in Canada.

Don’t do the customer satisfaction survey until you’re completely satisfied. The dealerships have strong incentives to get high marks on the survey. I was unhappy about some addons that I paid for that ultimately brought me little to no value, or were misleading in some way or another. I was able to leverage the survey to get $1,000 back, two weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle. (Half cash, half in maintenance credit)

I did mine right when I got it. I gave the dealer a poor rating mainly because of my experience at finance - agreed on 0.9% for 60 months, waited for an hour to be presented with 3.5% over 72 months. Eventually circled back to the original deal before few other attempts to sway me towards a balloon loan and lease offer.
Salesman called me shortly after apologizing for my poor experience.
Perhaps I could have been swayed for a more positive survey for a sweet deal like yours but I was quite offended with the closing of the deal.
