nope.

EDIT: no, there is no passenger knee airbag. I believe Toyota's are the same way, driver only. my understanding is that there is less need for a passenger knee airbag in this and other cars because the driver side has the steering column which is something you don't want crushing your kneecaps. but I could be wrong.
