I know some of the Ford Shelbys reduce power for the first 500 miles or so. I got about 650 miles on this car and it seems to be pulling harder with more Authority since it was new. Just wondering if the computer has a built-in program to slow things down for the first few hundred miles.

I would say no. The manual says to not high rev the engine and don't do LC until the engine break in period is done. It further says to run the first 600 miles between 2K and 4K RPM. That reads like driver responsibility to me, not a 'puter restriction. I ran my first 600 miles in Sport mode exclusively, because it made staying above 2K RPM easy.

no computer restriction but the tires are probably scrubbed in more.
