Does anyone know how the headlights differ?

Hello everyone! Broke the headlight (full LED without multi-reflector) on my 2021 Stinger gt2. I'm looking for a replacement. Does anyone know how the headlights differ? Original part number 92102 J5.
I removed the headlight from my car and it is different from the ones on eBay. My headlight has round caps (marked A, B, C) in the first and second photos.
99% other headlights on eBay have different holes (marked 1, 2, 3 in the following photos).
Question: are these headlights the same functionally and will the headlights from eBay fit my car? Or will it be necessary to adapt them programmatically? Or is it generally better to look for a 100% identical headlight, of which there are practically none?

I'd be very grateful for constructive advice.

your questions already tell me that you know more about this than I do. But I will say stick with the exact same headlight assembly or else you will end up with no tracking capability. I believe the headlight assembly in the GT2 is unique to that trim for that reason alone, and it has been consistently identical throughout the entire run MY18-23.
