2.0T Do aftermarket midpipes cause a CEL?

I'm going to change the stock midpipe to a custom one, and I'm curious if it would cause a check engine light. Is it also going to make the car louder than stock? I'm not looking into power gains, just sound.

Just installed custom mid pipes..no cel and definitely louder but I also have a catback

Minimally louder and no cel…at least on the 3.3
