Dealers that sell and ship accesories?

My brand new 2018 Kia Stinger GT 3.3TT is coming and the Kia dealers in Mexico do not have the accesories yet.....splash guards, floor mats all weather, cargo net floor....
So, I would appreciate if someone recommends to me a Kia dealer that sell and ship accesories to Texas. I already know there are several Kia dealers in this huge state, but I do not want to pay the high prices and the taxes.....sorry.
