Just took my Stinger in for the recall, and I was very impressed with my experience. I'll list off the things that I looked for when I picked it up:
- Zero miles were added to my odometer (no joy-riding!)
- My seat was in the exact same place I left it (I can't stand it when techs move my seat all around! It took me many miles to find the perfect spot!)
- Service manager was knowledgeable about the work that was performed and could explain what they had to do to perform the recall (I asked to see the work, and I got the right answer. I didn't expect them to re-open the fusebox)
- Vacuumed the interior, free of charge.
- Customer service was top-notch and they were very respectful
