Cold air intakes without dyno safe?

I've recently bought K&N cold air intakes and was curious if it was safe to install these without getting it dynoed
or if ill get any engine lights?
its a 2023 kia stinger gt

Perfectly safe, won't throw any codes. The main difference with open air boxes will probably be hearing the turbos spool. In theory reduced intake restriction will help you pull air sooner/faster, but without a tune don't expect much peak gain since boost is electronically limited.

I wasn't sure if the mass airflow sensor was going to mess with it

To the extent they allow more airflow, the MAP/TMAP sensors will meter it and the car will add appropriate fuel. But you won't make more power because the car will open the wastegates once you hit max boost.

Streamlining a restrictive intake or exhaust without tuning will let the turbos get to the same boost level faster or with less effort.
