Can you truly turn off the climate control in this car? One light is always on and I click the recirculation button (left one). I swear I still feel air in the top dash vent to the left of the steering wheel. This is really disappointing.

Yes. Push OFF, and close all the vents. All you're feeling is circulating inside or outside air.

In the climate control settings there is an option to turn off smart ventilation - Try that.
