CK71 Fog Light Repair

Hi all,

I bought and installed the CK71 fog lights a couple years ago and they have been working mostly well. However, I am starting to see some individual LED failures for the white and yellow colors.
While I have reached out to CK71 a few times with no response, I believe I seen that he has had some more important life priorities come up which is totally understandable.

Has anyone had to take theirs apart for repair? I wouldn’t mind doing so myself but I am mostly curious if would be worth the trouble and what type of sealant would be best to reseal with? Or would I be better off ordering a more mass produced offering from Ebay?

There's a thread somewhere on here where someone has replaced their CK71 LED's with the diode dynamics ones I believe. If you use the search function you can probably find it. If you don't have the search function it's probably because you're blocking ads and the search function has been disabled. I'd search for you but I block ads.

I tried but ended up having to cut through the housing and it was unfixable.
