Totally in left field but I’m trying to pinpoint some issues I’ve been having.
Bought my car 2019 in November. Started using CarPlay and started having intermittent loss of cellular connection, even when not connected to CarPlay. But started about 3 days after using CarPlay. For the last 2 weeks, the issues have gotten significantly worse. I now do not have a working phone. Sims been replaced, it’s def a phone issue. Verizon seems to think there’s something with the CarPlay connection that’s caused the antenna failure. Going to genius bar tomorrow to determine if this is indeed the issue. For reference, I’m using XS Max. I’ve done all the appropriate resets on phone and car, issue persists. But the only change has been me utilizing CarPlay. My previous ride only had Bluetooth.
