Carbon fiber Hood question

Hello
I just installed a seibon hood.
But I can’t find the instructions about the hood shock
Should I remove the hood shocks?
Anyone removed the shocks?

You can get low pressure hood shocks, a couple vendors sell them for the stinger check around.

If you don't want to get lower pressure hood struts I would recommend removing the factory ones, they are too strong for the weight of the new hood and can possibly deform the upper edges of the hood over time
