Can someone look at this deal?

Here is the deal I got from my dealer on a 19’ GT2 AWD.

They won’t send me the finance paper work and this is all they will send me, the proposal. I have a couple concerns regarding that one of the main ones is that they say I don’t pay any of the dmv fees because Kia holds the lease but all the other dealers I’ve spoke with included the dmv fees in the adj cap cost.

Tell them to send you the full lease sheet or go pound sand. Looks like they are giving you nice discount, but throwing in $1700 of blinker fluid.
Also, don’t use your trade in to bring the adj cap cost down. Have them cut you a check for the value instead. If you total the car while in lease, good luck getting your money back.
