Buying Yellow 2018 GT2 in USA

I found a yellow 2018 GT2 in USA near me selling as new from KIA dealer. I wonder:

1. Does it has yellow paint issue?
2. Was it repainted?
3. If dealer says it was repainted/doesnt have issue, how could I check to know for sure?
4. What are chances I can get KIA to repaint it?
5. What are my chances on getting better price on dealer with "hey this color is defective and everyone knows about it, get me a way better deal"

It would need re-painted to be sold new. Vin history will show re-paint through KIA. The KIA store already knows it has an issue or had an issue. do not see a way better deal especially if brand new. It is still a limited edition vehicle.

...So I could buy yellow stinger and enjoy it? I would imagine repainted yellow would be actually more durable than regular, non repainted, problematic blue?
Would this repainted yellow paint come with that "lifetime guarantee" from kia or not?..

No, the repaints still have the same Kia warranty that came with the car.
