Buying used 2019 Stinger GTS with Open Recall

New to the forum and very close to becoming a fellow stinger owner.

I'm currently in talks to buy a 2019 GTS AWD stinger which was listed for an excellent price, but I just found out about this open recall notice that is attached to the VIN.

Is this recall big enough concern to hold off on buying?

That recall covers all 3.3tt, so any stinger you are looking at from 2019 will have this "issue". Ask the owner/dealer if they took care of the recall, if not, you need to get it in as soon as possible. I wouldn't let that keep you from buying it though, Kia will fix the issue.

It's a fire hazard recall, currently without solution. I wouldn't let it stop me from getting that car. And as @TheBusch says, take it in as soon as you hear from Kia. Statistically, this "risk" is negligible; but because of half a dozen fires that freaks some people out.
