Its late right now,and ive been putting the jb4 back on, and added an oil catch can today.
So heres the deal ...I took the Stinger in for the recall and its first oil change....so I pulled all the JB4 stuff off before going in....and I was dreading this.....Ok had an apt get there, and the service kid was nice and all and I told him he should come out and inspect my pristine baby before your guy gets his greasy hands on my baby. We got out and he inspected the car from head to toe looking for a scratch or blemish...none to be found...I just wanted him to know I spent some serious cash on this paint,and I want no marks on it
Ok he sez go take a look at our new Tellurides...ok...I took a test driver with some folks that were wanting to get one...I sat in the back...sweet ride ! Ok so now im wanting to see what the service bays look like.. the service area is a full story down...dunno why just is...so I open the door and im standing on a metal mesh porch looking down at the service area are maybe 6 bays... Whats the first thing I see? four techs pushing a new optima out of the bays to the parking lot..OH CRAP...so a car that comes into the service area has to be pushed out cause they cant get it started? My car isn't even in yet ,its so nasty and dark in there the techs wear flashlights on their heads....go back after a bit and my baby is up on the lift getting the oil changed...okay hes got it going on now....after a bit go back out and hes pulled the cover to get to the fender...I even ordered new push nuts so the cover wouldn't give me away on the JB4 install/destall...lookin good Billy Ray ! Okay....heres where I got busted,but I think by my stoopid answer I got away with it.
So dumbazz here pulls all the JB4 stuff off the car....but MY KEY RING WAS a JB4 key ring....the service advisor puts the JB4 keyfob on the counter, and asks me how they work ive always wondered he asks....I didn't snap to what he was asking...which is really worse than the key ring...cause I thought he was talking about the little screws that hold the wire on the JB4 key ring....LOL.. which he wasn't.... I told him yeah I put locktite on the screws and they have been no problem....He looks at me like im nutz....and you know what? I damn sure am! SHEESH Wash

Shrike.....he was so bamboozled at my stooopid answer he changed the subject....lol....we started talkin vettes as he just got a 2015.....geeez I didn't snap to his question about the JB4 till I got home....that scares me ...Yikes Wash
