Busted bolts on oem spoiler/decklid

I had to get a new decklid (spoiler is the actual OEM term) and every single one I found had the two corner studs busted out.

I’ve tried and tried to formulate a way to repair these that doesn’t involve fiberglass. Has anyone else had any luck repairing these?
