Car was due to arrive on the 1st of September and was delayed. just spoke to the dealership today only to be told it's still at sea and the boat won't be docking until Oct 2nd. I was hoping we'd still be able to enjoy it in what nice weather is still left.

Be patient brother because the sooner you get it the more miles you will have on the car. Eventually you will get to drive it soon or later.

Yep, went thru exactly the same scenario in OZ. Waited 5 months before I got mine after ordering.
