I bought my 2019 Stinger GT1 from the local dealership with 260 miles on it and all tires were at 55-56 PSI. Max rating for these tires are 50PSI..

Now on the front right tire there is a small bubble on the side wall. Are these tires covered under the Michelin 3 year warranty?

Did you deflate the tires to the correct pressure, or drive it 9000 miles overinflated? If you left it at 50+ you might have trouble claiming it under a warranty.

They're inflated to 50+psi for transport, the dealer PDI is supposed to correct this but many times are not.

No I texted the car salesman with a photo showing they were all 55-56PSI and deflated them down to 36 right when I noticed how hard the drive was.

It's a defective tire. You're on it, so the warranty should cover you. I'm not saying this will be painless, but you will win.
