Was switching from the plastic to billet enclosure and noticed the fuel wire that goes into pin 21 was broken. The F’ed up part is that the connector is still in the JB4. I’ve tried to pull back some to the sheathing and jam the wire back in but I’m not confident that will work. Anyone know if and how I could get the connector out? And if this wire is salvageable?

Make sure the car is off and the battery is disconnected before we do any wire stuff. It doesn't look that bad, is there like a screw on the inside that you can lossen to get the broken part out? Also the wire is fine, just cut and strip it.

Would need to repair with a DSUB removal tool, or you can send the harness in if you want us to fix it for you.
