Hello everyone!

Has anyone already replaced stock brake pads on 2.0T? Is there any properly fitting cheaper analogue? I mean, the stock OEM ones (front + rear) cost more than $250 here in Russia, so I consider this a bit expensive. I had a 2016 Sportage before, and I did replace all 4 pads on it with some Korean ones for less than $50 (all four), and they were just perfect - great deceleration power, no dust, long lifetime and so on. But there is no information about similar replacement for Stinger, or at least I did not found it yet. I am absolutely satisfied with stock OEM pads on Stinger, I do not need stronger ones, their power is pretty enough for me - just something cheaper would be great, especially now, when I know that this is possible to pay significantly less and get the same (if not better) effect, as I did before on my Sportage.

Thanks!

So far only a Canadian store has rear pad options, not sure if there’s anything else out there. Best Hope would be Girodisc coming out with pad and disc options for the stock 2.0L brakes, and that’s just a hope
