Borla/kia store issue

I recently ordered a Borla exhaust system for my 2021 stinger through the k8 stinger store. When I received my shipment, unfortunately it was missing one of the pieces.. t/The x-pipe was missing. Has anyone else ran into similar problems when ordering through the kia store/Borla?

Have you emailed the K8 stinger store? They are pretty active and responsive from what I've seen
