Recently noticed every so often when I check the tank there's some meth around the lid. Not sure what is causing this and it never used to happen for the few months I've had it.
Check the gasket in the cap.
Note that during spells of hot/cold weather, the cap can suck in air (when it gets cold), but if left sitting and the temperature warms up, it will create pressure build up in the tank.
