I was just poking around the Bluetooth settings in the UVO Phone Menu today and came a menu option that allowed me to rename the Bluetooth. Rather than have KIA MOTORS come up as a Bluetooth name on my iPhone, I can change (customize) the name to whatever I want. I went with Stinger GT. I had to disconnect and forget the origianal KIA MOTORS name from my iPhone and then had to reconnect to the new Bluetooth name. You can also set a new Passkey code if you so desire or keep it defaulted to 0000.
