    Hi all,
I have just noticed that when I am playing my songs in the car from my phone through Bluetooth, the wrong song is displayed on the screen and it doesn't change. Anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

Can’t say I have, I tend to use Apple CarPlay to run Spotify. I’ve only ever used Bluetooth for the phone function.

I haven’t had that specific problem but I have had a few oddities. Is your issue occurring all the time or just say, after making a phone call?

Mine is fine, I’m using iPhone for Bluetooth.

It occurs more often than not and nothing habitually precedes it. It happened again this morning. It shows the correct song when I first get in and start the car, and even a song or two after, then it just seems to get stuck. No phone call or other phone use to set it off. The music plays fine .. it's just what's displayed on the screen.

Could potentially be a glitch within the phone also. Try restarting your phone and see what happens.

Hit the reset button? Rebuke the Machine? Shame it into behaving properly. I only listen to stock FM if I am not listening to USB music. I have never paid any attention to the name of the song playing on FM.

Have done that three times already. Phone worked fine with last car.

It’s a mystery. Next time it happens try hitting skip on the touchscreen to skip to the next song and see what happens.

Try forgetting the car in Bluetooth phone settings then re-pair your phone to the car.

Have don't that..... Numerous times. The song skips to the next one but the screen still displays older one.

Well, maybe dealer can do a reset in the car, then have your phone checked, have you tried this in another car to see if it does the same?

No. I'm never in anyone else's car to try.
