Don't know how these will work on your Stinger as I have a G70, but excellent quality tips and have a great clamp-on setup. Here's a thread I put together w/ parts, tools, template, tips, and specs. Maybe these will work for you too.

These are the oval tips i got on my stinger. You can choose from different inlet and outlet sizes. Takes a while to get them since they come from overseas. But they look pretty sleak and are fairly affordable. Easy clamp on and they do the job well.
