I’m looking to get a 19GT2 & do a lease buyout but live in Texas. So a balloon lease is the only option that makes any sense to avoid double taxes.
My question: Can a balloon lease be done ONLY on a 36 month lease?
I have a perfect credit so I know I’m eligible for tier one. But I’m being told by the dealer that a balloon lease can only be done on a 36 month lease not a 24 month resulting in decreased incentives. Is this accurate? I just want to be sure I’m getting accurate info before I sign on the dotted line.
