I got my first rock on my first road trip, c. two weeks after I got my car; it went clear to the black plastic: for over two months I tried to patch it with touchup paint, then wet sandpaper it down (to the plastic again, and again and again). When I noticed that road attrition was multiplying over my front bumper, and I had been reading on here about paint "adventures", I made up my mind suddenly to get PPF: so, I touched up the nicks and laid a single pass of Silky Silver in a 1/4" wide brush over that first blemish and called it good, then got the PPF on just before my second road trip. (you can see the ding next to the inside of the headlight)I was pissed but at least that's the only one I have after a year/6200 miles.

It's not, really: the Stinger's paint is well within industry standards: Paint is just ughI do feel like the paint is extremely thin.
