backed into a truck, need advice on removing rear panel

i backed into a truck. after having a kia stinger gt1 for approx 5 days and im seeking advice on how i can remove and replace the rear exterior panel as in the panel the license plate would go on. thanks

i have looked at some posts about installing a trailer hitch and it seems that they are removing the rear bumper skin i am trying to remove and replace the rear skin on the lift gate. thanks
