Good Anyone try a Genesis dealer?

After reading some horror stores about some Kia dealers, has anyone tried A Genesis dealer? Kia dealers probably don't see many Stingers and I bet most of their customers don't pay for much outside of warranty. I'm willing to bet Genesis dealers might have better techs since they probably make more book hours. Most dealers of all brands advertise they work on all brands. I bet they would be familiar with the Stinger, maybe more than many Kia dealers. Just a thought

They won't do warranty work but my local Genesis dealer has done a couple oil changes for me. They said they would happily take my money to fix things, so yes I bet most Genesis dealers will work on our cars considering there's a lot of drivetrain parts sharing with the G70.

Correct, no warranty work, but I have used a Genesis dealership for an oil change. Got there and realized it was a Hyundai/Genesis shared service center, so not quite the experience I was thinking it might be, but they did the job fine and on time. Dealership was slightly nicer than the local Kia.

Parts shared with G70, so no problem for them.

And remember the rule when bringing a car in for service anywhere... bring it in clean. The better it looks the better they treat it.

Same here (combined Hyundai/Genesis dealer). Only marginally better than the Kia dealer I bought from, and they sold the dealership to a conglomerate about a year after I started using them and tried raising the price of the oil change. I've since started using a local shop, I just have to bring them the oil filter since it's not one they stock, and even after that additional cost it's still cheaper than the Genesis dealer wanted to start charging me. IMO just keep paperwork for the warranty and go with whomever is decent at a lowish cost.
