Anyone consider a crossover like the Audi SQ5 or BMW X3 M40i?

Had a x3 M40i for a day as a loaner. Nice car, fast, the transmission is unbelievable (Kia take note, BMW 8 speed is the way a transmission should work). All I could think of while driving was how insanely/stupidly fast this is for an SUV. The burbling exhaust drove me nuts and I really don't like BMW's iDrive - way to many options + way to distracting. On top of all that, it is not the best looking thing out there. The new BMW front ends don't do it for me.

Could I have it as daily - wouldn't turn it away. Would I pay 60k+ for it - no thanks.
